ASHI Basic First Aid Classes

Properly applied first aid can save lives, reduce recovery time and quite possibly mean the difference between temporary disability or lifelong disability for the victim. Program participants learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of injuries and sudden illness. Crucial information about how to deal with emergencies such as seizures, bleeding, shock, burns, sudden illness, and poisoning will be discussed.  Each participant will receive a workbook and a card valid for three years. Students should dress comfortably and bring a self-addresses stamped envelope to class.  Approximately 2 - 2.5 hours in length. Minimum: 6 participants.
Fee: $30.00 per person.
